I’m in the process of building a fresh image for the Intel Galileo board. I will post full instructions and detailed write up if and when i succeed. I’m doing this mainly to work out how to properly build a fresh image with a few extra components inside.
I’m also awaiting a Wifi module for the board to begin testing. I ordered an Intel Centrino Advanced-N 6206 Series module. The exact module model is 62205ANHMW and its a Mini PCIe Half Size card..ill have to build a little prop for it so it can fit snugly into the Galileo board.
According to Intel the 6200 Series is supported as standard in the base Linux image of the Galileo.. Lets hope so or its $30 down the drain
